To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items, clearance bundles, or items marked as non-returnable

  • Opened food, baby skincare, or hygiene-related products (for safety reasons)

  • Free gifts or promotional items

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect items sent

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will assess and provide a 1-to-1 exchange where possible. If stock is unavailable, we may offer store credits or a refund.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original method of payment within 7โ€“10 working days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

We reserve the right to reject a refund or return if the item is not returned in its original condition, or if the request was made outside the return window.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
