1. How many times can I Trade For Care?

Each family will only be allowed 1 exchange.

2. Can I exchange expired or used products?

For hygiene and sanitary purposes, we will only allow exchange of unexpired intact products with sealed packaging. Validity of products for baby wipes, will need to have a minimum of 6 months left; and for baby diapers, a minimum of 12 months left.

3. How does Trade For Care happen?

For a start, we will be coming to you to do the exchange. In the near future, we may consider central points based on regions as the demands grow.

4. Is it 1 packet for 1 packet?

Yes, be it diaper or wet wipes. We will be trading 1 packet to 1 packet. We will not be counting down to the pieces or your purchased value to do the exchange. Just simply,1 for 1.

5. How long is Trade For Care going to last?

It will be an on-going program that we are committed to fulfill. With that being said, in any event where responses surge, Dinky Shop holds the right to pause entries till further notice, in order to complete the exchanges on hand.

6. Which charity are you working with?

7. Do you accept other brands that is not indicated?

Unfortunately at present stage, we won't be able to accommodate, but we certainly look forward to the possibilities in the future.
